Why don’t I see an estimate of repairs or an estimate of ARV?
Our policy at JDL Ventures has always been and always will be that our investors perform their own due diligence for both the repairs that may be needed and the after-repaired value of the property deals that we present. That said, from time to time, we will provide some estimates on one or both of these values; however, we still require our investors to perform their own due diligence. Please note that we may be able to recommend contractors and/or realtors that can help determine both of these values for you. Feel free to reply to this message and ask for those recommendations, and we will advise on whether or not we have a solid contact for you on the deal you are asking about.
I want to start investing in real estate, but I don’t know where to start.
